We're building the platform we wished existed

The Australian health and fitness industry is full of talented practitioners doing genuinely difficult work — and being held back by software that wasn't built for them. Not really. Point solutions designed for solo practitioners, cobbled together for teams. Intake tools that don't talk to programming tools. Programming tools that don't talk to outcomes. Outcomes that live in spreadsheets nobody looks at.

AiHealth started from a specific belief: the gap isn't in any individual feature. It's in the coherence between them. When assessment data flows directly into program generation, when session logs feed back into outcome tracking, when the whole care team sees the same longitudinal picture — that's when software starts doing something useful. Until then, it's just more admin.

We started with AIMS — the assessment and programming engine — because that's where the most daily friction lives for coaches, exercise physiologists, and physios. We're extending outward from there: into clinical engagement with AiCare, into consumer-facing strength programming with AiStrength, and into the operational layer every practice needs but nobody has built well yet.

We're a small team, building in Australia, for Australia. Everything is hosted in Sydney, designed around Australian Privacy Act requirements, and built with input from the practitioners who'll use it. We don't move fast and break things. We move deliberately and build things that work in a clinical setting.
